The Bernard Harris Summer Camp is a science learning program for K-12 learners. Dr. Bernard Harris is a physician, NASA Medical Director, and astronaut who promotes and participates in the program which is underwritten by ExxonMobile.  Oregon State University has hosted the summer camp since 2007.  Technology Across the Curriculum (TAC) supported, in collaboration with Chester Bateman, the camp by developing a blog model to support the camp educators, learners, and their families.  TAC’s project was art of the OSUWrite project that sought uses of Web2.0 functionality in higher education and was funded by a grant from NWACC.  The five year effort covering various experiements and pilots with early blogs is detailed in the OSUWrite Final Report.

Here is a section of a videoblog (vlog) from the 2009 OSU Bernard Harris Summer Camp.
